Ingredients
4-5 stalks Organic spinach
1 medium sized organic beetroot with the leaves
1 organic radish with the leaves
1 amla (Indian gooseberry) or the juice of 1 lime
Organic rock salt/Himalayan pink salt to taste
Method
Put your farm fresh organic veggies through a juicer, starting with the beetroot, followed by the leaves and then finally the radish and amla to help the greens go through the juicer easily. Add the lime juice and salt and drink within minutes of juicing to get the maximum benefit from all the live enzymes, minerals and vitamins.
If you feel like turning this into a satisfying smoothie instead just blend the above ingredients together with a cup of water or add a cup of coconut water instead. Add your favourite seeds(pre-soaked to unlock all the goodness inside) and you will be bouncing off the walls till lunch time!
