Ingredients
2 Organic tomatoes
1 Organic beetroot
2 stalks Organic mint leaves
1 Indian gooseberry (Amla) / Juice of 1 lime
A pinch of Himalayan salt / Rock salt
Method
Blend the tomatoes, then the beetroot and mint leaves. Strain the blend into a glass. Add the amla/lime juice. Season with salt. Enjoy!
