Ingredients
2 dates pre-soaked
4-6 stalks of Organic coriander
2 stalks of Organic mint leaves
1 Organic banana, frozen
1 tablespoon of pre-soaked chia or any other seed of choice
1/2 cup Organic nut milk or water
Method
Blend the banana, followed by the greens and then finally the dates and seeds. Add the milk/ water a few spoons at a time until you have a smooth consistency. Start your day with a satisfying smoothie!
