How does the delivery & collection work?

We believe in reducing and reusing. We deliver our organic produce in wooden chests which helps us to reduce wasteful and harmful plastic packaging. We collect the empty chest during the next round of delivery, which helps us reuse the chests again and again.

When will I receive my order?

Our 21 Organic representative will call you 15-20 minutes before he arrives with your Chest. You will need to collect it at the Security gate of your residence.

What are your delivery timings?

We deliver between 10AM to 6PM. Our delivery boy will call you 15 - 20 minutes before he arrives with your Chest. You will need to arrange for collection at the security gate of your residence.

Can I keep the chest?

21 O Chest is the property of 21 Organic. The empty chest will be collected at the next round of delivery.

Can I order across neighbourhoods/any area?

We are currently delivering to areas between Colaba and Andheri in West Mumbai. We will be adding more routes soon. Please mail us your interest.

Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

The tracking system in your account will provide you with all the relevant details regarding your delivery; however, we will also be sending messages regarding any delays.

What do you use to transport the vegetables?

We use CNG vehicles for our door to door deliveries. We will soon be transitioning to electric vehicles to reduce any negative impact on the environment.
