When do I subscribe?

New subscription spots are opened up on the 7th of every month for the following month. If you have asked us to save a spot, we will contact you with a unique code for registeration.

What is 21 O Assorted Chest?

An assorted chest contains a predetermined variety and quantity of vegetables and herbs that are true to the season and region. This enables us to give a larger variety of vegetables in the month.

Can I choose the quantity and variety of vegetables and herbs I receive?

No. At the moment we do not offer this option. However, we will soon be introducing the option to choose the quantity and variety with many other exciting offers. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and stay tuned for updates.

Can I order more rounds a week?

Our quantity and variety is ideal for a family of 4-5 people. For a larger requirement, you can order up to 5 chests per round. We deliver on Tuesday and Friday only.

What are the modes of payment?

Payments can be made using your credit, debit card, net banking, Paytm, payment by cash and cheques during the order process on our website. If you face any issue during the order process, please call our Technical Support at +91 8879335630.

Can I return the chest if I’m not happy with quality of the organic produce?

We have a "no questions asked return policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

I have some unexpected travel coming up. Can I halt my subscription or postpone mid-cycle?

When you confirm your order at the beginning of the monthly cycle, we set aside a certain quantity that has been planted for you. Pausing mid-cycle is not possible but you can request us to 'Send to a Friend' and we will gladly deliver to them (Only selective areas in Mumbai) for the period you are out of town.
